Yellow vigilance for flooding still in place in the Somme

Precipitation affected the Somme basin at the beginning of January, causing a continued increase in flows. The weather should be dry for the coming days, however the water table in the basin is relatively high. According to Vigicrues, localized overflows can be observed in the Abbeville and Lamotte-Brebières sector.
Quantified forecasts for the Abbeville station: the average daily flow should be between 55 m3/s and 70 m³/s over the next 72 hours.
Quantified forecasts for the Lamotte-Brebières station: the average daily flow should be between 28 m³/s and 34 m³/s over the next 72 hours.
