For its part, in a press release, KTM is absolutely not moving in the direction of stopping its MotoGP activities, quite the contrary:

We are proud that motorsport continues to be an integral part of this restructuring plan. KTM is firmly committed to motorsport. We reiterate our declaration for 2025: we will continue to race in MotoGP !”

Whatever the outcome of this legal case, these are two teams which could find themselves in an impasse, in the event that KTM is forced to end its activities in the premier category. In addition to the official Team, the French tricolor Tech3 structure also depends on this outcome. Even if we imagine that behind the scenes, talks certainly exist with other manufacturers, just in case…
