Zarco points out a big disappointment about him during the last Grand Prix of the season

In comments transcribed by MotorCycleSports, Zarco said: “I made a bad choice for the rear tire. My front tire was the best tire I felt I was on, and I had no problems during the race. But the rear tire, it was expected to not have any extra performance at the beginning, so it was expected to struggle at the beginning, but then get stronger at the end. But I wasn't any stronger at the end, so that means I lost time at the beginning. It seems like the tender one would have worked. It was good to try. I know I control the hard rear tire well, but on this track it doesn't help. It was good to see the others perform with the soft, and they lost some performance at the end. But we lost the same performance with the hard one. So, I was a little disappointed with this bad choice, but you have to make decisions, go for it and try.“The Cannes driver would have liked to finish higher during this final Grand Prix of the season but this was not the case and he is now focusing on the next season.
