According to the Spanish newspaper “Marca”, the tests conducted on him confirmed that the central defender suffers from a small muscle tear in his right leg.

Militao returns to Madrid to receive treatment from the club’s medical staff, while this is Real Madrid’s fourth injury this week, after those suffered by Mendy, Ceballos and Tchouameni.

According to the Brazilian team doctors, the injury does not seem very serious, but when the player returns to Madrid, scheduled for next Saturday, he will undergo further tests to obtain a final diagnosis.

Expectations indicate that he will be absent for 10 to 15 days, and thus he will miss the Real Madrid and Real Sociedad match in the Spanish League scheduled for September 14.
