Supported by the Lorraine Entrepreneurship Center, the Nebula project receives a national prize

Led by Daniel Wiczew, student-entrepreneur at the Lorraine Entrepreneurship Center (PeeL) and Mounir Tarek, the innovative Nebula project aims to revolutionize the pharmaceutical industry.

At the beginning of December, on the occasion of the 11e edition of the Prix Pépite organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research, the Nebula project won a prize in the “They take care of us” category. A recognition which comes with a check for 5,000 euros.

The Pépite Prize is a competition that rewards students and young graduates with national student-entrepreneur status (SNEE).

Nebula carries cutting-edge technology and uses artificial intelligence to ultimately help accelerate and optimize the discovery of new drugs and therapies.

Founded in 2011 by Christophe Schmitt, PeeL aims to develop the entrepreneurial culture of students at the University of Lorraine. It is active in all schools and faculties of the university and is part of a large network of partners and financiers, which has enabled it to raise 16 million euros since its creation, to create 750 companies and to generate more 500 salaried jobs. The PeeL deploys a pedagogy which is based on the most innovative research work and the tools made available by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research.

The organization supports 500 student-entrepreneurs per year through awareness-raising, training and support actions. Thanks to this tool, the University of Lorraine has been the most enterprising at the national level for 9 years.
