Booba attacks Léon Marchand: when the king of clash attacks the pool champion

When Booba attacks, he doesn’t do anything lazy. This time, it is Léon Marchand, hero of the pools but especially of the 2024 Olympic Games, who pays the price for the elegant outspokenness of the 47-year-old rapper.

When it comes to clashes, Booba is unbeatable. For several years, the 47-year-old rapper has made his sharp words a real signature. With his X account as his favorite playground, he continues attacks against public figures and anonymous people. Remember to his epic standoff with Magali Berdahthe popess of influencers that he renamed “influvoleuse”. Denouncing practices that he considers fraudulent, Booba did not hesitate to accuse him of everything at once: cyberharassment, deception and manipulation. A case which also brought the two social media stars to court.

But it was just one episode among many. In his viewfinder? Cyril Hanouna, Aya Nakamura whom he did not hesitate to destroy, accusing her of being “haughty and overrated” or even Gims with whom he has been living a real war for many months. But today, a new target attracts his wrath: Léon Marchand.

Léon Marchand, the hero of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games in Booba’s crosshairs?

This Monday, December 16, Booba has once again created the event on Twitch during a live with Pfut, content creator and star of the platform. True to form, the rapper did not mince his words when asked by his fans. One of them particularly caught our attention: would she be interested in a sportsman at the moment? Unsurprisingly and true to himself, his response bursts forth, without filter: “No, at all. No, but objectively, there is not an athlete that interests me.”

Pfut, trying to revive the conversation, then mentions the swimming prodigy and hero of the last Olympic Games: “Leon Marchand! He won 82 gold medals.” However, for Booba, the subject is far from arousing any admiration: “Go ahead, we don’t care about swimming! It’s like water polo or pétanque.” A reaction which threw a chill among the connected fans, especially when Pfut tried to remind him that Léon Marchand was probably following the live. Nothing to slow down the father who added: “First of all, it’s a swimmer called Marchand…” A little punchline that is likely to make waves…
