MONACO – PSG (9 p.m.)
3 days after Lyon and four before Lens in the Coupe de France, Luis Enrique continues to spin. Half of the outfield players should change.
While PSG plays this evening in Monaco, the second match in a series of three to be played in 8 days, Luis Enrique should continue the turnover seen against Lyon on Sunday. Bradley Barcola, Marquinhos and Gonçalo Ramos, all three preserved against Les Gones should start at Louis II. Possibly in place of Kang-In Lee, Lucas Beraldo and Désiré Doué. Although the possibility of seeing Désiré Doué, author of a great match on Sunday, continue, remains possible.
A completely overhauled defense?
But the Spanish coach is also looking towards the 32nd final of the Coupe de France on Sunday in Lens. Ousmane Dembélé, who played 86 minutes on Sunday evening, did not play last week in Salzburg (he was suspended) and should therefore start, but not play the whole match. The possibility of seeing Marco Asensio start cannot be ruled out either.
In defense, Luis Enrique is considering the possibility of lining up 4 different players at kickoff, with a Warren Zaire-Emery line, Marquinhos, Lucas Beraldo and Lucas Hernandez. Fabian Ruiz would then replace WZE in midfield at kick-off.
The possible PSG team in Monaco: Donnarumma – Zaïre-Emery, Marqhuinhos, Beraldo (or Pacho, Hernandez), Hernandez (or Beraldo) – Vitinha, Neves, Ruiz – Dembélé (or Doué), Ramos, Barcola
