A fire broke out in a three-story building at 11 rue Pasteur in Saint-Loup-sur-Semouse, around 6:35 p.m. The fire started in an apartment on the 1st floor, in a bedroom. The disaster spread from the outside, impacting six apartments, one of which was completely destroyed.
