The municipal councils follow one another and are similar in their duration. That of Monday October 14, 2024 did not exceed 45 minutes. As a preamble, the mayor asked for a minute of silence in memory of the murdered teachers, Samuel Paty and Dominique Bernard.
Membership of Maisons paysannes de France. This association takes action to preserve and pass on to future generations traditional French rural houses and their landscape. The interest for the municipality, which has already carried out work on old buildings and will be required to do so in the future, is to join a mutual aid network in the service of heritage, to benefit from experiences and advice for carrying out work, discovering biosourced materials and learning about your local heritage. Amount of membership to the Solidarity Formula: €99.
A prize in the amount of €2,500 is awarded to the city for the restoration of the so-called grant building, on the Loire levee. It will be presented on Saturday October 26, in Paris.
SNCF passenger civil lease. As part of the development work for the extension of the station car park, the transfer having not yet been carried out, the lease must be extended by one year. Annual fees: €1,000 amendment and €95 excluding tax for management. The mayor will contact the SNCF to discuss it, this parking lot being available to users.
Public property occupancy agreement with SNCF network. Same problem for the access ramp for people with reduced mobility to the old barrier guard’s house, purchased and renovated by the municipality (95 and 500 €).
Concealment of the rue de Tours networks. The council approves the contribution to the cost of the work. From n° 3 to n° 57: up to €112,414 excluding tax net on €449,657 including tax for electrical energy, €26,921.00 excluding tax net on €64,610 including tax for public lighting, the entire €101,750 including tax for telecommunications. From n° 57 to n° 123: 72,417 net excluding tax on €289,671 including tax for electrical energy, €43,343 net excluding tax on €104,025 including tax on public lighting, the entire €103,079 including tax for telecommunications.
Transfer of land. The council ratifies the decommissioning, downgrading and sale for €3,000 of a 40 m² plot adjoining the house at 69, route de la Rouchouze previously sold.
Hunting convention. It replaces and cancels the one concluded with Mr. Chautemps for the benefit of Mr. Christophe Loiseau for a period of nine years free of charge at La Rouchouze. There will be no shooting or hunting with hounds, but only the driving of pests towards the hunting territories.
