Echoes of Chaurian athletics: On the road to the French Championships for the LAC

the essential
The young prodigies of the Chaurien athletics club continue their epics.

Manon and Axelle Liehoun were traveling this weekend with their trainer Anne-Laure Bertaudière in Aubière in Puy de Dôme. Manon Liehoun in the triple jump measured just 12m02, she competed with a momentum of 17 strides for the first time. Manon had a little trouble setting the same intention as during the warm-up for fear of biting the board and everything ultimately went well. This competition aimed to work towards the French Championships (CF) for which Manon is already qualified.

Axelle, for her part, did a nice 5m95 with a very far jump but was bitten on the fifth attempt. She had the opposite problem: having progressed on her basic speed, she bit a lot but was able to adapt on the last jump. Axelle is also already qualified for the CF but she has consolidated her qualifying place.
