Swore. A cafe-restaurant destroyed by fire in Dole

The Fleur de sel café-restaurant, on rue des Arènes, towards Place aux Fleurs, in Dole, suffered a fire on Saturday January 18 around 11:20 p.m.

The building evacuated

Residents raised the alarm when they saw flames and smoke escaping from the establishment, which was closed. The police evacuated the building. Around twenty firefighters intervened using a hose.

The interior of the establishment suffered significant damage. An investigation is underway to determine the origin of the incident. A retiree, temporarily rehoused by the town hall, was able to return to her accommodation on Sunday morning.
