You live in Grenoble and its surroundings and you want to go skiing? In any case, it's a good time. Thanks to the heavy snowfall that fell in the Alps in recent days, the ski resorts are coming back to life, and will delight the biggest ski fans this end of year period.
And many resorts are less than 2 hours from the capital of the Alps. As such, the writing ofGrenoble News has decided to draw up a non-exhaustive list of 10 stations.

Val Thorens voted best ski resort in the world in 2024
In addition to being one of the snowiest ski resorts around, Val Thorens is also popular with skiers. In fact, on November 11, it was voted the best ski resort in the world for the 9e times at Worlds Ski Awards.
Val Thorens is notably ahead of Verbierits main competitor who received this illustrious award in 2021 and 2022.
