What assessment do you draw from your first six months at the head of Limoges CSP?
It went by quickly. I think we have made the right diagnosis and now we are going to build the project to seek growth and fuel ambitions.
Before that, you carried out a capital increase during the last AGM…
When I took over the club, I made a commitment to the League and elected officials so that we would have positive equity for two years in a row. There, I bought myself time by adding 500,000 euros to the capital so that we did not move too quickly and so that we calmly managed the implementation of the project. But I am not a patron. A business that doesn't make money is in trouble. We completed an audit which was interesting. It will allow us to present our project in its entirety in January. Today, I own 95% of the capital, my objective is to have only 66% by bringing in dynamic shareholders who bring a flow of business every year for the CSP.
When will this capital opening take place?
I have a meeting with KPMG (its audit and consulting firm, Editor's note) on January 9 on mission-based companies
. This should allow us to complete this subject and be able to make a presentation at the end of January to attack the dynamic from February.
“Have the most beautiful room in France”
What are the main conclusions of the audit?
