All residents must be able to enjoy Christmas celebrations, including those in the Narbonne neighborhoods, especially children who were able to have fun in the presence of Santa Claus this Wednesday, December 18 at the Saint-Salvayre stadium.
The end of year celebrations in Narbonne are transformed into a real enchantment thanks to the Christmas Fairies. Every year, the heart of the city is adorned with lights and festive activities to the delight of young and old. However, the magic doesn’t stop downtown. Thanks to the City’s citizenship department, this magical atmosphere also extends to the neighborhoods, allowing all residents to live to the rhythm of the party. The Montplaisir district came alive on December 4, followed by that of Razimbaud on the 11th. These events allowed residents to come together to share moments of joy and conviviality.
Feast day in Saint-Jean-Saint-Pierre
This Wednesday, December 18, it was the turn of the Saint-Jean-Saint Pierre district to vibrate to the rhythm of the Christmas Fairies. The Saint-Salvayre stadium hosted the festivities in ideal weather this time. This Wednesday, children’s day par excellence, was marked by activities specially designed for them, such as archery or coloring. They were also able to have fun on inflatable and wooden games, available free of charge to guarantee an afternoon of laughter and fun. A photobooth was also installed to immortalize these precious moments with family or friends, with the possibility of posing alongside Santa Claus himself.
The latter, as a true guest of honor, distributed sweets to the children, adding a touch of sweetness to this memorable day. The snack of this sunny and mild afternoon was of course included, thanks to the young volunteers of the ABP association (Support, build, share) who distributed hot chocolate and homemade cakes.
Whether in the city center or decentralized in the neighborhoods, the Christmas Fairies in Narbonne perfectly illustrate the spirit of sharing and joy of the end-of-year holidays. Thanks to the City’s commitment, each neighborhood can benefit from this magic, making the celebrations accessible to all residents.
