B. Fall, driver at the Autonomous Port of Dakar (Pad), is in prison. The accused was caught in the act of stealing at the Abass Ndao hospital, according to the story in L’Observateur.

The patient’s companion rallied the nursing staff, “yelling thief”. Informed, the elements of the Medina police station took the accused on board. Who denies the facts. “[…].
