By a press release dated November 7, 2024, the General Secretariat of the Government informed the public of the extension, for 45 days, of the suspensive measure for the so-called “BOA”, “HANGARS DES PELERINS”, “RECASEMENT” subdivisions. 2″, “EOGEN 1″ and EOGEN-Extension”, of the following Detailed Urban Planning Plans (PUD): Mbour 4, New Town of Thiès, Northern band of casuarinas of Guédiawaye, Yeumbeul-Malika-Tivaouane-Peulh, urban centers of Diacksao-Bambilor, Déni Birame Ndao, Yenne and Daga-Kholpa.
The extension of the suspension also concerned EGBOS, Pointe Séréne and Ndiébène Gandiole.
On this occasion, it was indicated that areas and plots which did not present particular problems would be subject to lifting of suspension at the latest at the end of the extension period.
In this regard, the holders of rights on PUDs or subdivisions at the level of BOA, Hangar des Pèlerins, Recasement 2, EOGEN 1 and EOGEN-extension, Northern Zone of the Bande des Filaos de Guédiawaye, Yeumbeul-Malika-Tivaouane
Peulh, Pointe Séréne, Mbour 4, are requested to complete a lot identification form and submit it to the headquarters of the General Directorate of Land Use Surveillance and Control (DGSCOS), located at the VDN in next to the Exclusive Hypermarket, or to the zonal Brigade of the DGSCOS of Mbour or send it to the email address: [email protected]
The form can be collected from the DGSCOS, from the various Domain Offices concerned or downloaded from the website www.dscos.gouv.sn.
A discharge in lieu of release will be issued, on a case by case basis, after use of the information provided,
With regard to the Development Plan for the New Town of Thiès and the Development of Ndiébène Gandiole, decisions relating to the processing of allocations will be notified subsequently to the persons concerned.
Concerning the subdivision of EGBOS, the urban centers of Diacksao, Bambilor, Déni Birame Ndao, Yenne and Daga Kholpa, the work of the Committee continues.
