They both wanted to celebrate this wedding anniversary with their family and friends.

Gaston, community commitment

Gaston Pilard, born July 26, 1941 in Notre-Dame-du-Guildo, made part of the pillars of the commune. Elected to its municipal council from 1971 to 1972 and to that of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo from 1972 to 1995, he is also very involved in the community life for over 50 years.

Since 1965 he has been a member of the FNACA, an association of Veterans of which he was vice-president from 1968 to 1972 and which he has chaired since. Indeed, Gaston Pilard was called to Algeria in 1962, to the 26th Dragon in the Colomb-Béchar sector from where he was released in 1963.
