The driving forces in action

This year, after the anger that was felt, the active forces of Métabief (craftsmen, traders) wanted to mobilize alongside the Mont d'Or mixed union. A collective was created with the ambition of revitalizing and bringing to life this Haut- resort, which brings joy to many families every year. These professionals, very attached to this territory, intend to promote it as best as possible. A new future may be taking shape in Métabief. For now, everyone hopes that white gold will be there and that this new season will be one of the most dynamic and joyful on the spatulas.

80% of customers ski in the maintained area

Philippe Alpy, the President of the Mont d'Or mixed union, puts the decision taken at the end of the summer into perspective. The elected official recalls that, of course, the Piquemiette sector will be closed, but that “80% of the customers operate in the maintained Alpine area”. The elected official also confirms that ski touring enthusiasts will find what they are looking for. “They will be able to operate on an exceptional spot untouched by all traces.” Winter 2025 will be closely scrutinized and everyone will appreciate the results and attendance to come.
