This is a pair who were elected last night to the presidency of DCF Bordeaux Gironde, for a two-year mandate. They take over from Patricia Gratas.

The Bordeaux-Gironde branch of the DCF (Commercial Managers of ), which has 80 members, renewed its presidency yesterday. To take over from Patricia Gratas, director of Oxycom, a pair was elected for a two-year term. On the one hand Yann Guegen, commercial director of the transition and, on the other hand, the consultant Didier Magnin.

The latter notably underlined the capacity of the DCF movement to “ adapt, evolve and respond to the constant challenges faced by those involved in commerce and sales”. He and his co-president have therefore given themselves the mission of embodying and carrying an “ambitious vision” for this network, based on three pillars. First and foremost, innovation: while technologies are transforming the sales and commerce professions, he wishes to continue to “make DCF a laboratory of new ideas and practices”. Whether through artificial intelligence, the digitalization of customer journeys and the rise of the customer experience. He also mentioned the promotion of talents. While commercial professions are “often underestimated”he emphasizes their major role in the growth and future of businesses. So we must continue “to attract, train and promote talent”. Finally, societal and environmental impact must also be at the heart of actions: companies “must combine economic performance and responsible commitment”.

He called on each member of the DCF to recruit new members and to collectively commit to bringing each commission to life, including two specific ones which were created, TPE/PME (led by Lionel Bourhis) and ETI/Grands Comptes (Sylvain Dubois).
