This is a great idea for a family outing in Côtes-d'Armor, precisely in Châtelaudren-Plouagat, between Guingamp and Saint-Brieuc.
Like every year, the Château de la Ville Chevalier will delight young and old with its “Christmas at the Château” prepared by owner Eric de Lorgeril. The latter announces many new features for this 2024 edition.
First of all, the decorations have been renewed and with new colors. For enthusiasts of models and electric trains, two new networks have been set up, including a small one on N scale.
America in the 1950s
A network on the theme of “America in the 1950s” is installed in a new covered and heated space near the entrance; this should interest fans of westerns and American films who will be able to see six trains running on this network.
A hundred trains
In all, around a hundred trains run through the entire installation, taking you on a journey through varied landscapes, snowy mountains, Hamburg and even the old Parisian Petite Ceinture line with a faithful reproduction of the train station. avenue Henri-Martin.
Showcases and displays
The windows will be dedicated to the “Art of the Table” and we will be able to admire a very beautiful “Tea Room” display. The store offers many products that cannot be found here; you have to go to the Alsatian Christmas markets to find them.
Original Christmas decorations, gifts, there is something for all tastes and at all prices. Six people will work on this exhibition like no other, with reinforcements during the holidays.
