La Compagnie des Lavandières, a home maintenance brand, is organizing a job dating on Tuesday November 19, 2024 in two of its agencies in Essonne, namely those of Montgeron and Massy, ​​in order to recruit of the household assistants in Full-time permanent contract.

Candidates will be able to interact with employees

Between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., candidates will be able to discover the profession by interacting directly with Washerwomen (the name given by the company to its employees).

In addition to cleaning, each agency offers ironing, meal preparation, shopping, tidying and window maintenance services in extended areas around its perimeter.

While personal services companies are struggling to recruit and retain their employees, the Compagnie des Lavandières highlights its organizational model, unprecedented, according to it, in the home cleaning sector: the liberating management.

“We operate in small, autonomous teams, where each employee has the freedom to choose their schedules and enjoys great autonomy in his work. By taking on more responsibilities, employees are not only fulfilled, but also more engaged,” assures Michaël Holmann, head of the Montgeron agency, in a press release.

The company, launched in 2020, also highlights the other benefits put in place by its agencies for their employees: service car or full reimbursement of public transport costs, a professional telephone, meal vouchers and remuneration conditions which are, according to her, “above average”.
