The Imagination fair makes his return for the second time in Vernon (Your). The sixth edition (it was previously organized in Louviers, Editor's note) will take place on Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 November 2024 at the Espace Philippe-Auguste, in the Maubert and Vikings rooms.
For its 2023 edition, the Salon de l'imaginaire achieved its objective by bringing together a thousand people over one day. “We'll see what happens over two days“, confides Vincent Gaillon, store manager at Coin du dé, main organizer of the event.
Actors of the imagination
This year, the show even has a godmother: Cécile Delacour-Maitrinal, a regular author of the first editions.
An essential author and godmother of our show since the first edition, she will present her captivating novels to you, in particular her two latest works: Encore… and Versailles et Mécaniques.
As for the program, as usual, we will find numerous exhibitors from the world of the imagination: artists, artisans, authors, illustrators. A stand will also be dedicated to “Au coin du dé”. “We will be offering several of our products on promotion, this is the opportunity to start your Christmas gifts,” underlines the manager.
Many player associations will also be there to offer initiations and games of board or card games.
Introduction to games
“A large association from the Rouen region will be present to introduce you to role playing. Generally speaking, there will be lots of different activities that touch on the world of the imagination,” adds Vincent Gaillon.
All this in one friendly atmosphere : the event is open to enthusiasts and the simply curious.
And, new this year, the Salon de l'imaginaire is organized in partnership with the network of media libraries. “On Saturday, they will offer specific activities and set up a corner lecture for children,” explains Vincent Gaillon.
Imagination fair, Saturday November 16 and Sunday November 17 at the Espace Philippe-Auguste from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Free and free entry. Catering possible on site.
