The Castelsarrasin-Moissac intercommunal hospital center (Tarn-et-Garonne) will soon have a makeover. As our colleagues from the Le Moniteur site indicate, this vast project with a budget of 9 million euros received the support of local authorities.
The major restructuring and modernization project aims to better meet the growing needs of the population, while aligning with the latest health standards and offering greater comfort to patients.
An ambitious project
The project includes several major improvements, including the creation of a modern operating theater and the extension of the outpatient unit. The reorganization of services will allow for better fluidity in patient care, with particular attention paid to the centralization of the surgery department, currently spread over two floors. In addition, the consultation platform will be completely modernized.
As for the rooms, they will also be redesigned to offer individual spaces and greater comfort to patients. The hospital center will finally be equipped with more modern devices, in particular with the acquisition of an MRI. The ARS could finance this project up to 50%.
