Indre once again hosts the Tour de in 2025

2008, 2011, 2021 and 2025: the Tour de marks its return to Indre. The announcement was made official during the presentation of the route by the Tour Director, Christian Prudhomme, this Tuesday, October 29, 2024 from the Palais des Congrès in . The 9e stage, on Sunday July 13, 2025, will take the peloton from Chinon to the prefecture town of Indre where the finish will be judged on avenue de La Châtre, at the foot of the Gaston-Petit stadium.
