Operated by Elior, the site will have a production capacity of 4,000 meals per dayin cold connection, and will therefore be able to provide external customers : CCAS, company canteens, middle schools or even high schools.

“Secondly, the Workshop will be equipped with a vegetable who can treat 2 tonsof products per day and a pastry workshop,” continues the association.
