Moroccan company Almav named best Supply Chain firm in Africa in Dakar

This prestigious distinction rewarded the group, a major player in logistics engineering in Morocco, for its commitment and achievements in Africa for several years, as well as for the high standards achieved by the company on the continent.

Founded in 2011, Almav specializes in the field of Supply Chain with a diversified offering on the market and innovative solutions with high added value for its customers.

The group has 50 direct employees and more than 1,000 indirect employees with a head office in Casablanca from where Almav engineers can operate anywhere in the world and already in many countries such as Senegal, Ivory Coast, Spain and Canada.

The Almav team is capable of leading strategic and operational missions ranging from diagnosis and analyzes to the implementation and deployment of optimal solutions.

The group’s CEO, Yassine Adib, said he was “honored” and “proud” to see his group win this unique prize of its kind in Africa, as a sign of recognition of its activities and its performances at the African level, thus taking advantage of the privileged relations linking the Kingdom and African countries, as well as the brand position and credibility that Morocco enjoys with its African partners.

“The Almav experts have the motto and reputation of supporting the client until the end of their project by deploying the recommendations made and measuring the results,” underlined Mr. Adib during this ceremony.

The group’s CEO also affirmed the company’s willingness to make its expertise and know-how available to businesses and institutions on the continent, in accordance with the Kingdom’s African strategy centered on human relationships and oriented towards African responses to Africa’s challenges.

In addition to the prize for the best Supply Chain firm, several distinctions were awarded to the best African companies operating in different sectors, in addition to the honorary prizes awarded to the best logistics companies during this second edition.

Africa Supply Chain Awards was launched with the aim of rewarding government agencies, companies and professionals who demonstrate excellence in their supply chain activities (transport, logistics, production, transit, etc.).
