The departmental council supports small municipalities as part of its rural plan.

The Haute-Savoie Departmental Council is committed to the region’s smallest rural communities in their future projects. It is within the framework of the Rurality Plan. This is the case of the commune of Lyaud in Chablais which benefits from aid from the department for the project to rehabilitate two buildings into premises for health professionals and commercial use. The department helps the municipality to the tune of 500,000 euros.
