Already known to the courts

The defendant, who was riding a scooter, took as a passenger a man pursued by the anti-crime squad. A chase then started and he tried to force his way through a police roadblock. In his escape, he lost a bag in which 50 g of cannabis resin were found.

In court, the young man assured that the latter did not belong to him and that the passenger had climbed on his scooter without his consent. He had already been convicted eleven times, our colleagues point out.
