Sensory technology to make cinema come alive. Until February 4, 2025, the festival 4DX is in full swing in equipped Pathé cinemas: in Paris and in the suburbs, come and discover animated masterpieces Mufasa : The Roi Lion, Vaiana 2, Sonic 3 – The Movieas well as action films Twisters et Deadpool & Wolverine in 4DX at ridiculous prices. Count 10€ the session and 3€ the supplement for holders of CinemaCards and subscribers CinéPass.
What is the 4DX experience?
The 4DX allows you to live a unique experience in the dark rooms that have it. Each room is equipped with a equipment haute technology associating the chair movements to special sensory effects such as wind, rain, storm, fog, snow, smoke, smells and light, all in perfect synchronization with the actions of the film on screen.
The immersion is total, since each 4DX armchair creates fluid and dynamic movements as close as possible to the actions of the film thanks to a combination, to varying degrees, of three movements: uprising (up and down), oscillation (from left to right) and tipping (forward and backward), bonus vibration and tickling effects. Better than the futuroscope, that is. The festival allows you to hunt alongside Mufasa, swim in the waves of Motonui, or even run as fast as Sonic.
