What about peasant claims, a year after the mobilization that affected Europe and the region in January 2024?

Nearly a thousand farmers demonstrated at the beginning of December in front of the buildings of the Federal Agriculture Office, in Bern. For them, the demands of the beginning of 2024 had not been heard.

As a reminder, they asked the Confederation to enhance their work and their products, reduce administrative burden, reach stability in laws and prescriptions as well as planning security. Finally, they demanded a fair and equitable remuneration. Only the first point would have been satisfied, according to the members of the agricultural revolt movement.
