A new bakery will open at the end of February 2025 in Saint-Brevin-les-Pins (Loire-Atlantique). Work is underway in a premises adjacent to the Fresh brand, within the La Guerche business park.
Well established in the East of France, particularly in the Rhône-Alpes region, the La Boulangerie du Marché franchise is gradually expanding into new territories. After Concarneau (Finistère) and La Roche-sur-Yon (Vendée), the Brévin store will be the 3e branch of the Lyon brand in the Greater West.
Self-service in the store
His specialty: his naturally leavened breads and made from traditional French Label Rouge flours.
Another specificity of the franchise: bread, brioche and other pastries are self-service accessible. Customers wander around the tables and open shelves to select the products they want and help themselves. The team of employees is dedicated to welcoming and providing advice.
-Employees recruited
The franchise is recruiting several employees for its Brévin site: a baker, a bakery preparer and a salesperson.
Opening February 26
The opening is scheduled for Wednesday, February 26, 2025. The bakery is expected to be open daily, Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. (or 7 a.m.) to 7:30 p.m., as well as Sunday morning.
