AGNE. Work and a change of staff. During his wishes, the mayor of Agne, Marc Champeaux, gave municipal news while evoking the three local associations which bring together the inhabitants and far beyond a lounge of inhabitants and elected officials.
Three very active associations
Regarding the replacement of 100 % of municipal staff, it comes down to two new municipal agents: the arrival of Gladice Bomin and Rémi Gavinet (see our article of January 21). For both, the schedules have been slightly reduced, especially since the “waters” competence was transferred to the Community of Communes of the Portes de Vassivière. In addition, the municipality has chosen to outsource the maintenance of the ditches by requesting the Daloux company located in the town.
This year again, the mayor wanted to thank the three local associations which bring life to the municipality: the Amicale Laïque d'Animation, the Association Culture et Loisirs d'Agne as well as the ACCA, the municipal association of hunting approved. The first offers entertainment, as its name suggests, including free concerts for the village festival. The second invites classical music artists while the last regulates game. He also mentioned two projects which should advance during this year: the rehabilitation of the water reserve to fight fires for the town and the church.
-Bridge
As for the second, it is a project led by the community of communes but located for a part in the territory of the town: the bridge over Vienne connecting the municipality to that of Eymoutiers. The initial project must be modified, because the Pelaud site is the residence site of two protected species: the Grand Duke and the Pèlerin Faucon.
