-Yverdon-les-Bains could soon count on a new double gymnasium. But not triple. However, the question arose following a formal request from the Municipal Council.
After looking into the expectations of the clubs and the school needs, the feasibility study launched with this in mind concluded that the establishment of a triple room would be oversized due to the school program and the management of external facilities.
The construction of a double sports hall, on the other hand, provides an interesting response for the site selected by the authorities, namely that of the La Passerelle school complex. The project – which involves an architectural competition planned for the first half of 2025 – also includes the construction of a large rhythm room, 12 classrooms and premises offering 120 childcare places (APEMS and UAPE).
