Developed over a total area of 39,000 m2 of floor space, this new health center will participate in the production of medical and paramedical real estate, thus strengthening the supply of care, training and research infrastructure in this area. The future tertiary center will be structured around several major components:
– A 4,300 m2 residence (170 housing units), supported by Eiffage Immobilier, intended for medical students. The work, started in the fall of 2024, will be completed in the summer of 2026.
– 33,600 m2 of offices, including 5,800 m2 occupied by a dialysis center.
– 1,100 m2 of shops and services on the ground floor aimed at livening up the neighborhood and making daily life easier for users.
– In addition, 15,500 m2 of public spaces will be created under the project management of Eiffage Aménagement, for users of the site.
Located on 4.5 hectares of land in the Longènes district, the development operation benefits from a privileged location in a mixed district combining economic activities, hospital infrastructure, university centers, sports facilities and residences. The project is part of OAP 8 of the PLUI of Dijon Métropole, the objective of which is “to host an overall operation with a tertiary vocation or linked to sectors of excellence and metropolitan facilities”.
Work will begin in the first quarter of 2025.
