“The occupation is agreed for a period of 6 years, renewable for an additional 6 years and within a limit of 12 years. The fixed annual fee includes a fixed, non-revisable part of 2,000 euros and a variable part corresponding to 2% of turnover,” specifies the agreement that the project leader must sign with the City.

“The occupant must ensure that the installations installed and the operation of the site does not harm the environment.The occupant undertakes not to do anything that could disrupt the enjoyment of the neighborhood,” the City also warns.
