Count your tits, sparrows or wagtails
Take part in the winter garden bird count on Saturday January 25 and Sunday January 26. Spend an hour to count the birds in your garden, courtyard, balcony or terrace. Choose late morning or early afternoon, when temperatures are milder and birds are more active. Your observations will help scientists better understand common bird populations. Enter your data on the Garden Bird Observatory website. Species identification sheets are available on www.lpo.fr/identifieruneespece, as well as confusion sheets to avoid identification errors between close species on you.lpo.fr/njsgj.
