United States President Donald Trump said Monday that he planned to impose customs duties of 25% on products from neighbors Canada and Mexico starting February 1.

“We are looking at around 25% on Mexico and Canada, because they are letting a large number of people (…) enter [dans le pays]and a lot of fentanyl too,” declared the 47th president from the White House, adding that he wanted to see these surcharges come into force on February 1.
