The first affair takes place in the Pays de Loudéac. The main accused, who will appear in custody, was referred to the Côtes-d'Armor departmental criminal court for eight charges including incestuous rape of a minor and by an adult in the ascendant, aggravated rape and corruption of a minor. . He is also accused of capturing, recording and possessing images of a child pornography nature. Aged 39, he is the husband of another accused at trial and will be defended by Me Natacha Bernard, of the bar.

In this case which will be judged, from Wednesday January 22 to Friday January 24, 2025, at the Saint-Brieuc courthouse, his wife, aged 41 and placed under judicial supervision, will also appear for incestuous rape, corruption of a minor and non-denunciation of crime, alongside Me Marie-Françoise Blot de la Iglesia. The victim, just an adult, is the daughter of the two protagonists, to whom the couple allegedly subjected this series of crimes and offenses, between 2017 and 2022, in several municipalities in Central . She will be defended by Me Rozenn Delpierre.

A third accused aged 33, imprisoned since his indictment, will also be tried for rape of a minor and rape of a minor under 15 years old, again, on the same young victim. His advisor will be Me Camille Bagot, of the Saint-Brieuc bar. The mother had also filed a complaint against one of the accused and was initially included in the list of civil parties in this case. But the offenses she was accused of were not upheld. She will therefore only be accused.

A mistrial

The second trial was to be judged by the juvenile assize court, from Tuesday January 28 to Friday January 31, 2025. It was an appeal trial, the case having been judged at first instance in Finistère. But these acts of rape, sexual assault and incestuous sexual assault, all against minors over 15 years old, will ultimately not be re-examined, due to the withdrawal of the accused's appeal. This makes his sentence final and saves the five civil parties from a new trial.

Kidnapping and sequestration in

The last case, which will be judged this time by the Côtes-d'Armor Assize Court, under the presidency of Aurore Carpentier, from Monday February 3 to Friday February 7, 2025, is from Nantes and took place on November 10, 2021 Hamdi Moussa and Elhadji Boua Dabo, 27, will be retried for the kidnapping and violent confinement of a Nantes trader. The -Atlantique criminal court sentenced them, during the first instance trial, in February 2024, to ten years of imprisonment.
