Friday January 10, 2025the municipality of Saint-Maudan, near Loudéac (Côtes-d'Armor), presented its wishes at the village hall.

The return of commerce

Maryline Jaouen announced a good newsvery recent, about the restaurant of the municipality.

“I have reserved the surprise until now…”

“Who better to tell you about it than the new owner. I have the great pleasure of presenting it to you this evening,” the mayor enthusiastically announces, inviting Anthony Pichard to go on stage.

I want to revive the commerce of the town of Saint-Maudan. While waiting for validation from the various organizations, and to carry out a project which could see the light of day at best this summer, if all goes well.

Work at the town hall

The rehabilitation and refreshment of the town hall will see the light of day second half of 2025.

This project of approximately 130 000 € will be covered by a help from the Department (Territory contract with assistance from 43 900 €).

But also a help from Loudéac Community of 25 000 € (allocated as part of the renovation of public buildings).
