Two speeding violations on the RN13, the cars end up in the pound

Ce Saturday January 18, 2025in the afternoon, the strength of the motorized platoon from Valognes (Manche) led a speed control operation on the RN13.

They noted, on a section of road where the speed is limited to 90 km/h, two speeding violations, one of which exceeded 50 km/h.

The first motorist was stopped at the speed of 156 km/h (speed retained at 148 km/h). The motorist aged around thirty saw his permit be him removed for a period of 72 hours. He is not allowed to drive during this period under penalty of criminal sanctions.

The other motorist, also aged around thirty, was intercepted on the same section of road while he was driving at the speed of 132 km/h (retained speed 126 km/h) and that its driving license had been canceled.

His vehicle was therefore subject to administrative immobilization and impounded.
