PSG formalized the signing of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia from Naples on Friday. The Georgian international recovers, to the delight of Parisian leaders, the number 7 left vacant by Kylian Mbappé since the latter's departure to Real Madrid.
Paris Saint-Germain supporters had been waiting for several days, the officialization of the transfer of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia took place on Friday evening. The Parisian club paid 70 million euros to secure the services of the Georgian star from Naples, Luis Enrique's priority as left winger for several months. Internally, this arrival is unanimous and we are especially delighted to have completed the transfer for a sum significantly lower than the initial demands of Naples, whose president Aurelio de Laurentiis demanded almost 120 million euros last summer. “Paris is convinced of having carried out a very good operation by managing to recruit the native of Tbilisi during the season” also indicates Le Parisien.

The former Neapolitan will, however, have to wait to make his big debut. Not qualified for the trip to Lens this Saturday (5 p.m.) in Ligue 1, he will not be qualified for the long-awaited clash next Wednesday in the Champions League against Manchester City.
