To achieve the list of sectors that captivate actually looks, SeLoger analyzed the clicks generated by the ads, by crossing them with official data from INSEE on the number of housing units available per neighborhoodover the period from January to November 2024, in the 11 largest cities in France.
In Paris, it seems to be the 10th and 12th arrondissements which most attracted buyers. House sidethis is the neighborhood Bercylocated completely southeast of the 12th, which is doing well. For apartmentsit is the dynamic district of Saint-Vincent-de-Paullocated around the North and East stations, which tops the list of clicks.
But Paris is not the only one to reveal its real estate secrets. In other big cities like Lyon, Toulouse or Bordeauxthe neighborhoods sought after for houses and apartments vary widely. For example, in Lyon, Charmettes-Bellecombe attract apartment seekers, while houses sell like hotcakes Perrache-Charlemagne.
What about rental?

In terms of the most expensive properties for sale, Paris comes in 2nd and 3rd positions with a 1,500 m² villa sold for the modest sum of 39 million eurosand another of 750 m² for 36.7 million euros. Cannes wins the prize with a 2,300 m² house at 55 million euros. For rental, prices are also reaching dizzying heights: SeLoger has notably identified a 450 m² apartment for rent for €100,000 per month in Paris and another of 282 m² for €80,000 per month.
