Under the leadership of the departmental rugby committee, the “oval ball” cycles are touring rural communities during the year 2025. These introductory rugby cycles, which benefit several thousand children in the department each year, are organized by agreement with National Education and the Department of Hérault, with the assistance of the host municipalities and the support of Hérault sport. In the town, every Friday until February 14, at the municipal stadium, Adrien Granier (Hérault sport reference educator) will teach the basics of rugby to the children of the village, from 2:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. Equipment from Hérault sport will be made available: balls, chasubles, cups and rugby flags.
Information: Cédric Garcia (president of the Hérault departmental rugby committee); or Frédéric Martin (head of the territorial and federal animation and sports education development department of Hérault sport).
