Goalkeeper Nedeljkovic makes history with a goal and an assist – rts.ch

The Pittsburgh Penguins are searching for their former glory. But last night, their goalkeeper Alex Nedeljkovic achieved an unprecedented feat in the NHL by scoring a goal and making an assist against Buffalo.

During this 5-2 victory for the gang at Sidney Crosby, Nedeljkovic made 40 saves for a percentage of 95.2% and he also contributed on the other side of the stat sheet. He was thus credited with an assist on Cody Glass’s 3-1 and it was he who sealed the score 2’42 from the end by scoring in the empty cage.
