A big celebration for the Lunar New Year
The Lunar New Year 2025 marks the arrival of the Wood Snake, a strong symbol of wisdomrenewal and creativity. In Asian culture, this year is conducive to introspection and the emergence of new ideas. It is therefore in this spirit that the Food Market has concocted a special edition to honor this single periodby bringing together flavors from elsewhere to better savor them here, in Paris.
The Lunar New Year is also a story of symbols: red for prosperity, the Lion dance for luck and the drums to punctuate the evening. Between two bites, we easily get caught up in the energy of this thousand-year-old celebration.
