Vinci-Bouygues has filed a pre-contractual summary (All sports)

The Vinci-Bouygues consortium filed its appeal, as L'Equipe revealed on Tuesday, before the administrative court of Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis) to contest the State's decision to enter into negotiations with GL Events which was preferred to it for the next Stade de France concession from August 2025. This is a pre-contractual summary, because the contract has not yet been signed, which must be examined within a 21 days after its filing. So it should be by the court by the end of the month or at the very beginning of February.
