For its 52nd anniversary, Lahocy (formerly Etudes de Travails d'Armor) is getting a makeover. The design office, specializing in infrastructure and networks in the fields of energy, water and telecommunications, is shaping a new future with the construction of a new head office. In September 2025, the 100 headquarters employees (out of a total workforce of 130 people) will leave their historic site in Plérin for Saint-Brieuc. The corporate real estate group Bleu Mercure is currently building their future premises there, as part of the Seven program. The latter provides for the rehabilitation of 5.5 ha of wasteland, made up of the former Stalaven and Sema factories, acquired in 2022. Lahocy will remain the tenant of these new offices.

The future headquarters, under project management by Area, consists of 1,315 m² of offices, 390 m² of technical spaces and 80 parking spaces. Lahocy is preparing to increase its tertiary surface area by almost 50%. A gain expected by Olivier Sirdey, general director: “After several extensions, we had reached the physical limit of the buildings in Plérin. » Lahocy will be able to count on secure spaces, “compliant with the requirements of our sensitive customers”, in particular those in defense. The design office thus wants to “take part in larger projects” in this sector which has been targeted for two years. In the meantime, its activity remains oriented towards its core business.

Better working conditions. This new location will support the growth of the company (€13 million in turnover in 2023) and should also contribute to “building a global team spirit, because until now, our teams were distributed in two separate buildings”, continues Olivier. Sirdey. He promises them better working conditions and is delighted to find room for maneuver in terms of CSR, with this program which respects RE 2020. Despite this ambitious project in his stronghold, the manager assures that “given our national projects, our development will take priority through our agencies in , Chambéry and ”, which has just opened. Plérin's experience, however, taught him caution: the reception capacity of Saint-Brieuc could be increased by 25%, if necessary.
