Like last year, on January 4, the Ud48 played its role of supporting widows and widowers of the Gendarmerie and their families.
This time again, two orphaned students, children of armed forces personnel, received study allowance checks in Langogne from Patrick Quintin, departmental president of the association, and François Papadopoulos, local sector representative.
Lison Blanchard, a law school student aiming to become a magistrate, and Nathan Eschallier, an IUT student, each received a check for 100 euros.
We have no doubt that this gesture was appreciated and that both Lison and Nathan will continue to work hard to succeed in their studies. This episode shows that we are always present with our veterans, or active staff, and their families.
