Morocco is launching the heavy goods industry through the production and assembly of new generation trucks. Indeed, the Moroccan group Premium Group and the Chinese manufacturer Shacman have launched production of the first truck entirely assembled in Morocco, called “X6000”, carried by a joint venture linking the two groups.
This vehicle redefines the standards of long-distance transport with a local integration rate of 40%.
The truck is equipped with an engine between 380 and 500 horsepower, 2 transmission choices, namely, a 12-speed manual gearbox or 16-speed automatic gearbox, a tank of more than 1400 liters and a double berth for long journeys.
Compliant with Euro 5 standards, it also has an integrated air conditioning system, a retarder for efficient management of descents, an Edictive Power Control system; this, in addition to a drowsiness detection system, a lane crossing device and cutting-edge telematics for real-time fleet management.
