[Vidéo]-Cheikh Mbagnick Ndiaye: A reflection on operational intelligence in the service of defense and governance

XALIMANEWS-In a recently published video, Cheikh Mbagnick Ndiaye, exceptional class civil administrator, presents his work entitled “Operational intelligence in military defense, civil defense and economic defense strategies”.

In this book, the territorial and local administrator, former personal advisor to the Prime Minister, explores in depth the theory of intelligence, its classification, its implementation in practice as well as its impacts in the fields of public, civil and military security.

Drawing on his experience and aware of the inadequacies, shortcomings, excesses and errors, particularly in terms of misappropriation of public funds and ignorance of the rules by certain civil servants, Cheikh Mbagnick Ndiaye decided to act. Its objective is to support not only state civil servants, but also new authorities, by providing them with tools and avenues to improve their practices.
